Quercus, the student records and admissions system is being upgraded to the latest version (8.39). Quercus will be unavailable from 16:00 on Friday, 26th June until 09:00 on Monday, 29th June During this period, all users must refrain from attempting to access the system. Post-Upgrade Risk Window: On Monday, 29th June, Quercus should be considered “at risk” until 12:00 noon while post-upgrade checks are completed. This upgrade is essential to apply the latest security patches and software updates, ensuring compliance and enabling critical functional enhancements. Integrations with other systems—including Blackboard, SailPoint, Mulesoft, Connect2, and others—will be paused prior to the upgrade. A checklist of jobs will be followed to suspend and subsequently restart these services. This process is part of our standard procedure during scheduled maintenance.
