SharePoint site access review notifications
Colleagues may notice a number of emails this morning relating to SharePoint sites. These are expected messages and are being generated following a Microsoft configuration change. The change will enable site owners to review the SharePoint sites they are responsible for and assess whether current access permissions and shared content remain appropriate. Given the volume of notifications some colleagues may receive, we recommend creating a separate folder within your email account to help manage these messages and work through them over the next few weeks. ------ Efallai y bydd cydweithwyr yn sylwi ar nifer o negeseuon e-bost y bore yma sy'n ymwneud ag safleoedd SharePoint.
