Data Loss Prevention Update – Ongoing Issue Identified | Diweddariad Atal Colli Data – Mater Parhaus Wedi’i Nodi
Known issue: Following the recent implementation of Data Loss Prevention (block with override) (Data loss prevention block with override rollout (EN)) it has been identified that the override function is not always working for colleagues still using Classic version of the 'Outlook' app resulting in some users being unable to send email with potential sensitive information/ files in them. If the outbound email fails, users will received an incoming email informing them of the block. Short term resolution - Report the issue occurring, attempt to use the web version or newer version of the Outlook App. Long term resolution - We are working within Microsoft to resolve this issue.
