Following the water leak in J-Block that put Network services "At Risk" (see below), Estates and ITS colleagues are working to minimise the risk and maintain services. As part of this work ITS will be migrating several service components to alternate locations. This work is it not due to create service outages, but could result in short delays in service delivery. If you notice an issue, please retry as this should rectify any issue. If that does not resolve the issue please raise a Freshservice ticket as normal. Due to a water leak in J block power to part of the building has been shut off while estates work to repair the leak, Network services are currently running "At Risk" due to this and users are advised to save work often in the event of an outage until the work is complete.
