IT Services are aware that some users are facing connectivity issues with the USW WiFi. If you have any issues connecting to WiFi when on campus, please visit one of the IT Services Frontline Team offices or alternatively, 'raise an issue' via our Support portal, here: https://support.southwales.ac.uk/a/tickets/new. If you are unable to do either of these, please try to connect to Eduroam, which should work as a temporary alternative to the configuration fix that Frontline will need to implement before connection to USW WiFi will be possible.
