What is being done? Quercus, the student records and admissions system is being upgraded to the latest version (8.36). Integrations with other systems—including Blackboard, SailPoint, Mulesoft, Connect2, and others—will be paused prior to the upgrade. A checklist of jobs will be followed to suspend and subsequently restart these services. This process is part of our standard procedure during scheduled maintenance. How will this impact users? Quercus will be unavailable from 16:30 on Friday, 7 November until 09:00 on Monday, 10 November. During this period, all users must refrain from attempting to access the system. Post-Upgrade Risk Window: On Monday, 10 November, Quercus should be considered “at risk” until 12:00 noon while post-upgrade checks are completed. Why is this being done?
